Time for a new journal. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Anybody watching American Idol this year? What about that crazy chick Tatiana? I want to choke the life out of her. She drives me absolutely mad.

What about Survivor? Do you think the older lady Sandy will make it for another week? I haven't watched night television for so long since I have been on Swingshift for 6 years, but then I made this great discovery, DVR........> :jawdrop: :stupidme: If I would have known how cool and easy they are to program I would have had one years ago. It's like the greatest find. :D :giggle: I am getting to see all kinds of shows on the Discovery channel as well as the History channel. Of course there are shows like CSI, Leverage, and Without a Trace. Anyway, I ramble.

Work is very, very slow, but I am still there, so..........:highfive: :dance: I did lose 3 people that have worked for me for years, so that was kind of tough.

I haven't watched TV for so long I am like a kid at Christmas now that I have my DVR. When I was a kid we went for years without a TV and I never knew what I was missing. :D

I didn't watch TV for years but lately I've begun watching movies and some reruns on cable, as well as History Channel, Discovery Channel and anything informative that catches my eye, usually as background when I'm on the computer. I never, ever watch network television.

i love leverage ! and i do the same thing you do, tape favorite shows but for a different reason, i do it because i'm on the computer. my cable company has their version of a dvr just like yours i imagine & i tape shows like lost, heroes, the closer, life on mars, law & order, bones, .... I guess I must like fantasy & cop shows ! :lol:

There are a lot of amazing shows on the Discovery Channel as well as the History Channel. Definitely 2 of my favorite channels. You truly aren't missing much on network tv. :D
